Album Review

As we head toward summer, label bosses Pleasurekraft have curated their first VA of 2017 - with a focus on quality techno records from some of their favorite producers, established and new. In addition to their own new single - the spacey steel drum led "Bellatrix", UK's Spektre joins the Kraftek family with their incredible record "The Ark". Spanish duo keep up the intensity and continue to put out great track after great track - with "Hydra" being no exception here. Fellow spaniard Dave Sinner teams up with rising star SAMA from The Netherlands for the cosmically inspired "Sagittarius A". Keeping up the cross-country collabs are Montreal's Atroxx and Colombiano Marck D - with their chunky meditative techno exercise "Pieces". Another rising star - Hybrasil - from Dublin provides one of the deeper techno cuts on the EP with his early in the night groover "Elthy". Luca Marchese gives a nod to the rave days of old with his track "Obscure", and rounding out the EP - another Pleasurekraft favorite - Nikola Gala flexes his muscle with the atmospherically chunky "Helium".

We are very proud to present - Monolith Series Vol 1.
